When are payments
taken?
Payments are taken automatically on or around the 1st of each month.
What if a workshop is missed?
Your child's membership secures their place in the workshop. Unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be refunded, transferred or carried forward.
Why do payments continue during the holidays?
We run around 30 workshops each year. Rather than charging larger amounts during term time, we spread the cost of those workshops across 12 equal monthly payments, making budgeting easier.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Membership runs on a rolling basis and can be cancelled at any time with one months' notice.
What if my child wants to stop?
Simply email us to give one months' written notice. Membership will end at the end of the following month.
