Explore, Create & Perform at Our Home Ed Drama Sessions!
We’re excited to offer a rich programme of drama workshops especially for home-educated young people. Our sessions give performers the chance to develop acting, improvisation and performance skills in a lively, supportive environment – whether they’re working towards a GCSE in Drama or simply want to enjoy theatre, make friends and grow in confidence.
At The Man In The Moon, we believe drama is about so much more than just putting on a show. Through practical activities, scripts, games and devising work, our workshops help participants to:
-
Think creatively and problem-solve on their feet
-
Communicate clearly and with expression
-
Work as part of a team, supporting and encouraging each other
-
Build resilience, empathy and self-assurance
All our Home Ed workshops take place at Haslemere Methodist Church Hall, a welcoming space where theatre-makers feel safe to take risks, try new ideas and be themselves.
