For the first time in 29 years, we're offering workshops for grown-ups. We've called them, Moonlights (The Man In The Moon meets footlights - see what we've done there?). We thought that we should stop letting the kids have all the fun.
Moonlights workshops are perfect if you want to try out acting for the first time or if you want to build on skills that you already have - everyone's welcome. Complete beginners to intermediates are welcome.
Workshops help you to build your confidence and feel more at ease in front of an audience, by introducing you to many of the basic tools actors use on stage. They include group games, improvisation and script work.
We purposely keep group sizes small, to encourage an intimate and friendly atmosphere which everyone can learn and grow in. Most importantly, like everything else we do, our workshops are great fun!
Over each term, there will be other opportunities to perform. But don't let that put you off. Our workshops really are for everyone and if you'd prefer not to perform in public, that's OK, too.
A full 10-week term is £100, but if you join us part of the way through, you just pay for what's left.
If you're thinking about joining, you can try out a single workshop for £10, before committing to the whole term!
Just call or drop us an email to let us know when you’d like to come along. We'd love to meet you.
