Workshop Terms and Conditions
We offer a two-week paid trial for anyone thinking about joining workshops. Paid trials are non-refundable and must be taken on consecutive weeks. Regrettably, all other trial offers are suspended due to our COVID measures.
Fees are paid in full at the beginning of the term and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to make an additional 10% charge for late payment. Your booking is only confirmed after we receive your payment in full. Payment is regarded as your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Our uniform is a royal blue MIM hoodie which all members must wear to workshop and rehearsals.
We have full Public Liability Insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for personal property.
If a child is continually disruptive, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them. No refund will be given.
In the event of illness or serious accident, you will be contacted immediately. If this is not possible, an ambulance will be called and your child will be sent to the hospital.
The Man In The Moon aims to offer an inclusive and safe space open to everyone. Therefore, our activities are open to any child, subject only to the availability of places. For further information, please see our Equalities Policy.
Very occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may need to cancel a workshop. If this happens we will email parents.
If possible this workshop will be offered online via Zoom. If this is not possible, we will do everything that we can to reschedule the workshop. Sometimes this may not be possible. In this case, we regret that we are unable to refund the missed workshop.
Children are not permitted to attend workshop or rehearsal if they should be self-isolating because:
they or someone in their support bubble has tested positive for or has experienced any symptoms of coronavirus.
they have been told to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace or the NHS COVID-19 app.
they have arrived in the UK from a country with a high coronavirus risk.
We must receive half a terms written notice if a child wishes to stop coming to the workshop. If this is not received, half a terms fees are payable in lieu of notice.
