Workshop Terms and Conditions
Fees are paid in full at the beginning of term and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to make an additional 10% charge for late payment. Your booking is only confirmed after we receive your payment in full. Payment is regarded as your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Our uniform is a royal blue MIM hoodie which all members must wear to workshop and rehearsals.
We have full Public Liability Insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for personal property.
If a child is continually disruptive, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them. No refund will be given.
In the event of illness or serious accident you will be contacted immediately. If this is not possible, an ambulance will be called and your child will be sent to hospital.
Our activities are open to any child regardless of gender, race or disability, subject only to availability of places.
Very occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may need to cancel a workshop. If this happens we will email parents.
If possible this workshop will be offered online via Zoom. If this is not possible, we will do everything that we can to reschedule the workshop. Sometimes this may not be possible. In this case, we regret that we are unable to refund the missed workshop.
Children are not permitted to attend workshop if:
They, or a member of their family bubble, have experienced symptoms or if they know they have come in contact with someone with virus symptoms, within the previous 14 days, or if they have been advised to self isolate by the NHS Track and Trace.
They, or a member of their family bubble has returned from a country that is not one of the COVID-19 travel corridors, within the last 14 days.
We must receive half a terms written notice if a child wishes to stop coming to workshop. If this is not received, half a terms fees are payable in lieu of notice.
