Workshop Terms and Conditions
We offer a two-week paid trial to anyone thinking about joining workshops. Paid trials are non-refundable and should be taken on consecutive weeks.
Fees are paid in full at the beginning of the term and are non-refundable. Payment is regarded as your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make an additional 10% charge for late payment.
Membership is an automatic renewal each term. We must receive half a term's written notice if a child wishes to stop coming. If this is not received, half a terms fees are payable in lieu of notice.
This notice period does not apply to our Moonlights workshops for adults.
Our uniform is a royal blue MIM hoodie which all members must wear to workshops and rehearsals.
We have full Public Liability Insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for personal property.
If a child is continually disruptive, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them. No refund will be given.
In the event of illness or serious accident, you will be contacted immediately. If this is not possible, an ambulance will be called and your child will be sent to the hospital.
The Man In The Moon aims to offer an inclusive and safe space open to everyone. Therefore, our activities are open to any child, subject only to the availability of places. For further information, please see our Equalities Policy.
Very occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may need to cancel a workshop. If this happens we will email/text parents.
If possible this workshop will be offered online via Zoom. If this is not possible, we will do everything that we can to reschedule the workshop. Sometimes this may not be possible. In this case, we regret that we are unable to refund the missed workshop.
