Children are not permitted to attend day camp if:

  • They, or a member of their family bubble, have experienced symptoms or if they know they have come in contact with someone with virus symptoms, within the previous 14 days, or if they have been advised to self isolate by the NHS Track and Trace.

  • They, or a member of their family bubble has returned from a country that is not one of the COVID-19 travel corridors, within the last 14 days.

Care Provision

We warmly welcome all children in School Years 1 to 8. We regret that we cannot provide a crew:child ratio higher than 1:7, irrespective of a child's special needs. Children who are in Reception are welcome to join us at day camp during the summer before they start Year 1.

Arrival and Departure

We do not allow arrival before 9.55am. Departure after 4.05pm is charged at £15 per child, per hour or part hour. Children are not allowed to leave day camp with anyone other than a parent or carer, unless previously arranged with a crew member.

We have full Public Liability Insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for personal property.

If a child is continually disruptive, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them. No refund will be given.

In the event of illness or serious accident you will be contacted immediately. If this is not possible, an ambulance will be called and your child will be sent to hospital.

If a child is continually disruptive, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them. No refund will be given.
