Children are not permitted to attend workshop, day camp or rehearsal if they should be self isolating because:
-
they or someone in their support bubble has tested positive for or has experienced any symptoms of coronavirus.
-
they have been told to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace or the NHS COVID-19 app.
-
they have arrived in the UK from a country with a high coronavirus risk.
Care Provision
We warmly welcome all children in School Years 1 to 8. We regret that we cannot provide a crew:child ratio higher than 1:7, irrespective of a child's special needs. Children who are in Reception are welcome to join us at day camp during the summer before they start Year 1.
Arrival and Departure
We do not allow arrival before 9.55am. Departure after 4.05pm is charged at £15 per child, per hour or part hour. Children are not allowed to leave day camp with anyone other than a parent or carer, unless previously arranged with a crew member.
Insurance
We have full Public Liability Insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for personal property.
Behaviour
If a child is continually disruptive, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them. No refund will be given.
Medical
In the event of illness or serious accident you will be contacted immediately. If this is not possible, an ambulance will be called and your child will be sent to hospital.
Behaviour
If a child is continually disruptive, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them. No refund will be given.
Equal Opportunities
Our activities are open to any child regardless of gender, race or disability, subject only to availability of places.
