Care Provision

We warmly welcome all children in School Years 1 to 8. We regret that we cannot provide a crew:child ratio higher than 1:12, irrespective of a child's special needs. Children who are in Reception are welcome to join us at day camp during the summer before they start Year 1.

Arrival and Departure

The Early Drop-off (9am) and Late Pick-up (5pm) must be booked in advance. Our regular day is 10am to 4pm. Late collection is charged at £15 per child, per hour or part hour. Children are not allowed to leave day camp with anyone other than a parent or carer unless previously arranged with a crew member.

Insurance

We have full Public Liability Insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for personal property.

Behaviour

If a child is continually disruptive, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them. No refund will be given.

Medical

In the event of illness or serious accident, you will be contacted immediately. If this is not possible, an ambulance will be called and your child will be sent to the hospital.

Equal Opportunities

The Man In The Moon aims to offer an inclusive and safe space open to everyone. Therefore, our activities are open to any child, subject only to the availability of places. For further information, please see our Equalities Policy.
