Anti Bullying Policy
We strive to create a supportive, caring, and safe environment where no child fears bullying. Bullying of any kind, by anyone, is not tolerated.
Key Points:

Everyone (crew, children, parents/carers) is informed about our anti-bullying stance.

Bullying in any form is unacceptable.

Victims of bullying will receive immediate support. Incidents will be logged and monitored closely.

Parents/carers of both the victim and the bully will be notified.
Our Definition of Bullying:

Physical: Hitting, kicking, biting, damaging belongings, etc.

Psychological: Creating fear or anxiety.

Emotional: Excluding, being unkind, making someone feel left out.

Verbal: Name-calling, ridiculing, spreading rumors.
Racial Harassment:
Any bullying motivated by race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin will be recorded and dealt with according to our Equalities policy.
Preventing Bullying:

Promote caring and nurturing behaviour.

Encourage friendships and teamwork.

Create an environment where children feel safe reporting bullying.

Discuss why bullying is unacceptable and its consequences.
Responding to Bullying:

Address incidents thoroughly and sensitively.

Offer immediate support to victims.

Ensure all reports of bullying are taken seriously.

Monitor the welfare of the victim.

Investigate reported incidents.

Help children who bully understand and change their behavior.

Involve parents if bullying persists.

Record all incidents in an Incident Log.

Review our anti-bullying procedures regularly to ensure effectiveness.
