Visitor Policy
The Man In The Moon is dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for the children under our care.
When managing visitors, we adhere to the following procedures:

Visitor Sign-In:

All visitors must sign the Visitor Log upon arrival.

Identity Verification:

The identity of each visitor will be checked and documented in the Visitor Log.

Further Verification (if necessary):

If crew members require additional confirmation of the visitor's identity, they may contact the visitor's employing organisation (e.g., Ofsted, Local Authority, Environmental Health Department) for reassurance.

Reason for Visit:

The purpose of the visit will be recorded in the Visitor Log.

Supervision:

Visitors will never be left alone or unsupervised with the children.

Unauthorised Visitors:

If a visitor has no legitimate reason for being on the premises, crew members will politely escort them off the premises.

Refusal to Leave:

Should a visitor refuse to leave when asked, crew members will contact the police. An Incident Log will be completed in such instances.

Departure Record:

Upon departure, the time of departure will be recorded on the Visitor Log.​
