We have been running weekly drama workshops since 1990.
Children are able to build their confidence, concentration and social and verbal skills with our workshops, which are designed specifically to develop their drama skills. Workshops include an exciting mix of improvisation, role-play, drama games, movement and team work, fuelling the imagination while working towards performance opportunities with new friends. And above all, they're great fun!
All children need to bring with them is enthusiasm. It doesn't matter if they have never acted before; we all have to start somewhere.
At the end of term children receive a lunar level and a 'Certificate of Excellence' recognising their hard work. Reach lunar level three and they get a bronze star, but that's just the beginning. There're loads more to work towards — check them out.
There are lots of unique performance opportunities each year as well, including our Moonstruck Matinee in June and exciting full scale productions like Doctor Dolittle and The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
We're so confident that our workshops will inspire, you can even try one out for free.
Our workshops represent great value. The full 10 week term is £79, with a 10% discount for brothers and sisters. If you join part way through the term you pay for what's left. The docking fee is £22.50 and includes your hoodie, lanyard and a copy of the 'Satellite News' each term.
Drop us an email and let us know when you'd like to come along for your free workshop.
