We've tried hard to make our website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of disability, impairment or software choice, but if you think there's anything we could do better, please let us know.
We put every letter we send home on our Letters & Downloads page as an Adobe PDF file. To view these files you'll need Adobe Reader. However, we know that PDF files are inconvenient or annoying for many people, so for most letters we also provide an alternative version that you can read directly in your web browser without waiting for Adobe Reader to open. Just click the 'Read Online' link under the letter description.
We've tested this site in Firefox 2, Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Safari 3 and Opera 9. If you have problems using the site in these or any other browsers, please let us know.
Some parts of this site use JavaScript, particularly the 'Read Online' feature of Letters & Downloads. However, all content can be accessed without JavaScript and we do not require it to be enabled.
